    Eligibility

    We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging with all tags attached.

    Non-Returnable Items

    The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

    • Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or washing

    Return Process

    To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@batblanks.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return shipping address.

    Shipping Costs

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Bat Blanks is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification regarding the status of your refund.Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

    Exchanges

    If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please note your request in your return email. Exchanges will be processed once the original item has been received and approved.
