STORE POLICY

Order Processing & Fulfillment

All BAT Blanks orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow 1–2 weeks for processing and shipping, as many items are part of limited or bulk discounted drops. Orders may take longer during peak periods or depending on carrier delays. Tracking numbers are issued once a package is scanned by the shipping provider.

All Sales Final

Due to the nature of our discounted pricing, all sales are final. We do not offer cancellations, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed. Please verify all sizes, quantities, and shipping information before checking out.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us is considered a violation of this policy.

  • BAT Blanks reserves the right to permanently ban customers who file false or fraudulent disputes.

  • Proof of shipment, tracking, and fulfillment is maintained on all orders.

  • If a chargeback is submitted after valid delivery, BAT Blanks will provide full documentation to the payment processor to dispute the claim.

Shipping & Delivery

Once a package is handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer. BAT Blanks is not liable for delays, lost packages, or damage caused during transit. Customers are encouraged to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier for lost or damaged shipments.

Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. BAT Blanks is not responsible for misdelivered or undeliverable packages due to incorrect information.

Customer Conduct

We strive to provide quick communication and fair resolution when possible. Aggressive or abusive communication will result in account restrictions or permanent bans from future drops.
