
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Processing Time
All BAT Blanks orders are packed and fulfilled in the order they’re received. Please allow 1–2 weeks for processing before shipment. During high-volume drops, restocks, or promotional events, processing may take longer — this is normal for our limited-run pricing model.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed, please allow an additional 1–2 weeks for shipping. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule. BAT Blanks is not responsible for postal delays, weather issues, or carrier errors once your package is in transit.
Tracking Numbers
Tracking numbers are typically generated within 1–3 business days after your order is processed.
Please note: tracking links will only activate once scanned by the shipping provider, which can take several days depending on carrier volume. If your tracking shows “Label Created,” your order has already been packed and is waiting on the first scan.
All Sales Final / Returns
All items sold through BAT Blanks are final sale — no returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Our $5 pricing is made possible by offering bulk and limited-run blanks at deeply discounted rates. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once an order is placed.
Please double-check all sizes, quantities, and shipping details before completing your purchase. Any order mistakes made at checkout are the customer’s responsibility.
Order Issues or Damages
If you receive the wrong item or a damaged blank, please contact support@batblanks.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We’ll review each case individually and do our best to resolve it fairly.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, BAT Blanks is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If this happens, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to start a claim.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first is considered a violation of store policy. We maintain shipping and fulfillment records for all orders and will dispute false claims. Repeated abuse may result in a permanent ban from future drops.
